Title: Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Recruiter) Location: Huntington Beach, CA 92647 (Remote/Work from Home, but candidates must be local and available to come into the office as needed.) Duration: 3-Month Contract Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or frontline roles. Experience working with temporary staffing agencies. Experience in a fast-growing, multi-unit organization. PHR or SHRM certification (preferred). Master's degree in a related field (preferred). Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree with 0-1 years of recruiting experience, OR High School Diploma with 5+ years of recruiting experience. Quick learner with a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
