Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for our client in Santa Fe, NM. On-Site Santa Fe, NM. Responds to help desk tickets and works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software. Work Location: First week on site to get acclimated to team. After that, consultant should plan 3 days per month onsite. Remainer of time is remote. Onsite cadence will be scheduled with the manager after start. Candidate location: No South Carolina residency required. Open to nationwide candidates; must be able to work eastern time zone hours.
