Required Skills 15+ years in enterprise/solution architecture with strong focus on Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Customer Service). Expertise in Omnichannel & CCaaS solutions. Strong integration experience across sales + service lifecycle for revenue optimization. Deep knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem: Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot. Hands-on with Azure architecture, API management, event-driven design. Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-driven sales/service use cases. Solid data architecture: Dataverse, Customer 360, analytics, governance, privacy. Background in regulated industries (Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare). Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
