The Program Director will lead the residency program, ensuring excellence in education, clinical training, and compliance with ACGME standards.

General Requirements:

Board Certification in the relevant specialty by the appropriate certifying board (e.g., ABIM).
Minimum of three years of documented educational and/or administrative experience in graduate medical education.
Demonstrated scholarly activity aligned with the programs mission.
Active Florida Medical License
Familiarity with GME online and reporting systems including NRMP or SF Match, ERAS, AMA, Freida, GMETrack, ABOS, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Program Director, Associate Program Director, or core faculty.
Experience in curriculum development, resident evaluation, and faculty development.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
