L'Oréal is hiring an Electromechanical Technician to maintain, repair, and continuously improve the packaging machinery that keeps our lines running.
If you can troubleshoot both the electrical and mechanical sides of industrial equipment, this is a chance to do it in a clean, climate-controlled plant with real room to grow. You'll lead TPM initiatives on your lines, use data to drive improvement projects, and keep production humming to spec.
What you'll do:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment across packaging lines
Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams
Lead TPM methodologies and line improvement teams
Use data and root cause analysis to cut downtime
Run preventive maintenance and return equipment to standard
Communicate clearly across shifts, departments, and teams

What we're looking for:

3+ years in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting (or equivalent education/training plus 1+ year experience)
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams
Experience on industrial machines in a manufacturing environment
Preventive maintenance experience
Basic understanding of electricity and motor controls
Comfortable with hand tools, from a screwdriver to a multimeter
