Duration: 12 months

Required Qualifications
) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Health, Business, or related field
) 5+ years' project management experience, ideally in software implementations for public records, registry, or healthcare systems
) PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
) Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
) Proven experience with ALM tool sets
) Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and database technologies
) Excellent analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
) Ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams
) Experience with training, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Desired Knowledge and Skills
) Knowledge of Vital Records / Civil Registry domain
) Prior experience selecting and implementing ERP, database, or Cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure)
) Data migration, ETL, and legacy system integration experience
) Hands-on with SaaS or enterprise software deployment
) Understanding regulatory compliance: HIPAA, GDPR, or equivalent
