Position: Business Development Manager Salary Range: $90k + Performance-Based Commission Summary Of Job: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business and drive market growth for a fast-growing staffing and Employer of Record (EOR) services firm. This position will focus on new client acquisition through consistent outbound sales activity, strategic relationship development, and creative deal structuring. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT and/or engineering staffing sales experience, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to build relationships with senior-level decision makers. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who can develop new opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and close business by delivering value-based workforce solutions.
