We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Auto Mechanic to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle repair and maintenance, with experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models.

Duties

Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues efficiently
Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, electrical, suspension, and brakes.
Conduct diesel engine repairs and service as needed
Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems
Replace or repair components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools
Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and parts used
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes
Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics tools is essential
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive maintenance tools effectively
Strong mechanical knowledge combined xibtplm with excellent problem-solving skills
Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs needed and completed work
Valid driver's license
