What You'll Do:
Source, screen, and place qualified candidates
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Partner with clients to meet staffing needs quickly and effectively
Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance processes
Support branch operations and mentor junior recruiters
What We're Looking For:
Atleast 2 years of staffing/recruiting experience
Experience in light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics staffing preferred
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
ATS/CRM experience required
Bilingual English/Spanish ( preferred )
