Required Skills 8+ years Texas public sector experience supporting state agencies. 8+ years reporting support for PeopleSoft Financials v9.2 modules. 8+ years knowledge of State of Texas policies. 8+ years Financials Table Entity Relationship Diagrams expertise. 8+ years WCAG 2.1-compliant materials preparation. 8+ years UAT and regression testing for reporting impacts during upgrades, PUM cycles, or patches. 8+ years contractual language interpretation and vendor accountability. 8+ years data integration, data quality, SDLC methodologies. 8+ years cross-module reporting (GL, AP, PO, AM, IN, T&E, PC). 8+ years analysis of PeopleSoft FSCM data structures (effective dating, table relationships, multi-row logic). 8+ years CAPPS complex reports using SAP Business Objects. 3+ years CAPPS Central production and expansion functional support (100+ agencies, 5 Hub instances). 3+ years knowledge of ITIL principles for ITSM/ITAM.
