We're looking for an experienced field technician who can handle it all, structured cabling, AV installs, and network setup - not just a cable puller!

What you'll do:

• Pull, terminate, label, test, and document Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A cabling
• Install racks, patch panels, switches, PoE devices, wireless access points, cameras, and phones
• Handle basic network setup (IP addressing, DHCP, VLANs, UniFi provisioning)
• Troubleshoot cabling, power, and configuration issues using standard field tools
• Install AV equipment, displays, speakers, mounts, and read project drawings
• Document your work for job closeout

What you need:

• 3-5 years of low-voltage, structured-cabling, AV, or network-installation experience
• Clean Cat6 terminations and neat rack work, done independently
• Working knowledge of Ethernet, PoE, IP addressing, DHCP, and Wi-Fi
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Professional communication with customers and other trades on site
